Where are your locations?

We have nine facilities across Iowa, in Iowa City, Ankeny, Davenport, Newton, Waterloo, Altoona, and Marion. Davenport and Marion each have two.

What are the access hours?

Access hours are set by facility, so check the page for the location you are interested in. Support is available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM by phone or text.

Which location should I choose?

Whichever is the easier run for you. In Davenport and Marion we have two facilities each, and sizes and availability differ between them, so if you do not see what you want at one, check the other or call us.

Do you have climate-controlled units?

At some locations. The location pages list what each facility carries, so check the one nearest you before you book.

What size unit do I need?

Call us with a rough list of what you are storing and we will size it with you. A 5x10 suits a studio or a single room, a 10x20 takes a three bedroom house.

Is there a deposit?

No deposit, and no sales tax is added to your rent.

Do I need to bring a lock?

No. There is a free disc lock in every unit for you to use and keep.

Is it month to month?

Yes. You pay for the time you need and no longer.

Do you use introductory rates that go up later?

No. We do not use deceptive rates. The price you see is the price you pay.

Are you locally owned?

Yes. We are locally owned and our pricing is competitive in every market we are in.

How do I pay?
